Refund Policy

For returns and/or exchanges please email within 7 days of receiving your item (based on USPS tracking number). Please remember to include your order number.

Unworn and unwashed knitwear may be returned with original tags still attached. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Knitwear must be received in original condition as sent out to receive refund or exchange. All items will be inspected before refund is issued - so please package carefully. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note all custom, made to order, and  pre-orders are final. Returns are not accepted for these specialized items. Cancellations or changes to custom, made to order, and pre-orders are not accepted after 72 hours time of order placed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
