Shipping policy

All ready to ship pieces are mailed 48-72 hours after payment is received, Monday-Friday. Items are shipped First Class (as long as weight permits) through USPS.

Turnaround time for all custom made and pre-order pieces are written in said listings when available. On average each made to order product takes 1-2 weeks to create and ship.

Knits and Pups cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Any packages marked as delivered by USPS, but are not received are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. For international customers, please be advised that Knits and Pups is not responsible for any potential customs fees.
